For small order which means the samples order or the total amount less than USD 1000, we charge 100% payment in advance. For bulk order, we often charge 20-30% in anvance, and the rest payment before shipment. For OEM& ODM order, we often charge 50% in advance, and the rest payment before shipment.

HeoZ provides warranty and post-warranty repairs of all products purchased from our company or HeoZ partners.

We guaranty 36 months for products, usually, we will provide 3% free of cost accessories for each batch order.  And our maintenance service includes all required software or firmware updates. If you need any support, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
